  Lucknam Park Hotel & Spa is delighted to announce a new Kitchen Garden in collaboration with world renowned horticulturist Richard Vine. One talented chef, one gardener and 120 tons of topsoil have created a magnificent Kitchen Garden with over 30 varieties of produce, ranging from alpine strawberries and purple podded peas to runner and broad beans, edible flowers and Japanese wine berries. They have also renovated the old Vinery, a historic greenhouse where they are growing an eclectic range of micro salads and herbs. Richard Vine is working closely with Michelin-starred Executive Chef Hywel Jones, who recently competed in the final of BBC Two’s Great British Menu, and is hoping to fulfil his dream of growing what he would like to be seen on his menu in The Park and the more informal Brasserie.
