Dinner by Heston Blumenthal has recently opened, featuring glorious Hyde Park views and a menu inspired by historic British gastronomy. Seating 140 guests, the new restaurant serves lunch, dinner and afternoon tea, with the the kitchen headed by Ashley Palmer-Watts who has worked with Blumenthal at The Fat Duck for nine years in the capacity of Group Executive Chef. Very exciting food!
