NEW Sleep Retreat for January 2020 Lucknam Park Hotel & Spa are delighted to introduce an exclusive Sleep Retreat from 17-19 January 2020, with renowned Clinical Hypnotherapist Fiona Lamb.

Through guided meditation and hypnotherapy, fundamental shifts at an unconscious level bring about long lasting changes. Fiona specialises in anxiety and insomnia using a variety of techniques and proven methods.

The retreat includes Sound Therapy with Tallulah Rendall and equine-assisted therapy with Dawn Cameron. Tallulah is a Qi Gong teacher, sound therapist and singer-songwriter. She will help to heal on a deeper level through her unique workshops which combine her singing voice with gongs, singing bowls, guitar and her practise and study of Qi Gong and Chinese Medicine. Dawn has been managing the Lucknam Park Equestrian Centre for over 20 years and will teach you how to connect with a horse. The session in this retreat will focus on the method of bonding with a horse through your body language and positioning, known as 'join up'.

Guests will enjoy three-course lunches and dinners in The Brasserie, as well as daily morning group yoga sessions and a relaxing forest walk.

Notes to editor:
Fiona Lamb’s mediation app ‘Mind Detox’ is out now, which includes various sleep and relaxation meditations. The two-night Sleep Retreat is available from £1,040 per person based on a Classic room and includes all meals and all sessions. Subject to availability and not valid in conjunction with any other offer/break.
